Tips
ISO
The ZV-1 allows Auto ISO with a minimum shutter speed setting, which helps prevent motion blur.
Aperture
Use the control ring on the lens to adjust aperture smoothly while shooting.
The Sony ZV-1 features a built-in ND filter that can be activated via the menu. This helps reduce light entering the lens, allowing you to use wider apertures for shallower depth of field even in bright conditions.
Use the Sony ZV-1's Real-time Eye AF feature to ensure sharp focus on your subject's eyes. This is particularly useful for portraits, as it tracks the eyes even when the subject is moving.
The ZV-1's vari-angle touchscreen allows you to compose shots from creative angles. Use it to capture low or high-angle shots without straining your neck.
Activate Focus Peaking on the Sony ZV-1 to highlight in-focus areas with a color overlay, making manual focusing easier and more precise.
Customize the C1 button on the ZV-1 to quickly access a frequently used setting, like switching between Picture Profiles, to adapt to different shooting conditions swiftly.
